I'm really loving the workouts so far! I get in and out of the gym in less than 45 minutes. I'm excited for the upcoming weeks when the workouts become more intense. I think this program is something I can easily stick to and build from. Hope everyone else is enjoying the workouts!

I'm trying to follow the plan to the letter this time, diet and all. I usually get halfway through and give up, so I'm hoping that I make it through this time around. I'm not doing any cardio, as I don't have anything coming up (like a 5k) to train for. Phase 1 goes by in a flash, though!0

I am going to do some extra cardio because my wedding is a week from tomorrow and I want results quick! Hopefully the extra cardio doesn't hurt my results instead. heading to the gym in about an hour for day one!0
