Some times I find myself needing some fitness motivation. So I thought I would make it a fun challenge and see what every ones favorite quotes are. Here is mine!

    I like -

    Not really a quote but when it comes to fitness I like to think about my intention. Why am I getting up early when I really don't feel like it to go for a run or why am I pushing myself through the last 10 minutes of an intense workout? If I focus on the real reasons why I am working out I am likely to push myself even harder to reach my goals.
