I am turning 50 this year and I need support and motivation as I embrace my golden years. My name is Christine. A wife, mother of 3 and a grandmother. There are ups and downs now that I am in my pre-menopause - hoping it won't come yet (menopause).

    Hi Christine! My name is Connie and I'm 58. I started going through menopause right around age 50 and am pretty much through it I think. I do still have the dreaded hot flashes that are so much fun. Menopause sure does slow down the weight loss but you can still do it...just takes more work. We are a very supportive group and happy to have you with us! Good luck!
