I have to admit, I am in trouble!!! For the last few days, I was like 'oh this is going to easy'. Then I did day 1. Holy wow, 29 more days - and harder days at that!!! I DEFINITELY have some getting in shape to do!0 -
I did the challenge today. The sit-ups are what killed me! I've been doing crunches but haven't attempted a sit-up in ages!0

Day 2 just complete. At this point it raises my heartbeat but I can keep up. Let's see when it starts hurting......day 5????? :bigsmile: :noway: :laugh:0

Started on Day 2. Full sit ups hurt my back so I just combined crunches with sit ups and did 28 crunches instead.0
