Do you eat the calories you exercise away?
For example, let's pretend you're supposed to eat 1500 calories a day. If you burn 500 calories exercising, to you allow yourself to eat those exercise-calories, for a total of 2000, or do you just write them off?
Personally I just write them off . . . unless I'm especially hungry.

I would write them off unless they take me below 1200 calories. I don't fill out the diary until night on the weekend though, so it was a little late. I made up for it at the BBQ on Sunday though.0
