Parmesan Crusted Tilapia

*Serves 6
INGREDIENTS
-24 ounce tilapia fillets
-4TBSP margarine, melted
-1/2 cup of bread crumbs
-1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
-1/2TSP paprika
-2TBSP water
-2 eggs, beaten
DIRECTIONS
1.Preheat oven to 375
2.Rinse & dry talapia
3.Beat eggs & water in small bowl
4.Mix bread crumbs, parmesan cheese, & butter in another bowl
4.Dip tilapia in egg wash & than bread crumb mix
5.Place is greased glass dish & bake for 12-15 mins

I've done this before.. I used panko instead of bread crumbs though.. YUM!0
