I think I know the answer but I want to make sure. So when I count carbs on my own I subtract fiber from the total carbs to give me my net carbs. I try to stay under 35 net carbs a day but on here i believe it gives me total carbs. Do i subtract the same way using the total carbs minus the total fiber? because it puts me at 137 carbs a day after I change the setting that just seems way to high.

Yes, you subtract the fiber from the carb total to get net carbs. Try installing the MFP script for your PC and it will do it for you... http://userscripts.org:8080/scripts/show/124645

Yep subtract the fibre - best thing you can do is change your macro percentages in your settings
If you search for items on MFP _ many of them have "net carbs" everything I search I look up by Net Carbs (some are wrong though!)0
