    Maybe it is the zombies that got them and they are running. ( what a good work out ) haha anyways new class in about an hour. and I'll maybe do my c25k outside if it doesn't rain. plus tonight I have zumba.


    I also joined the diet bet and it says I need to lose 13.2 lbs in the 4 weeks. I can do it.

    I have literally typed several paragraphs here THREE TIMES AND DELETED IT IN A KEYSTROKE. THREE FLIPPING TIMES!

    I am SOOOOOOOOOOOOOO frustrated :explode:

    This happened a bit with the desktop, but seems to be a regular problem on my laptop.

    I had lots to say but am too frustrated and freaked out to retype it all for a third time.

    sorry unknown for that happening. if you ever type something out and by mistake you hit delete don't type anything, just hit control z as the same time and it should bring back your last message but if you have a Mac hit command z and it will bring back your last thing you typed.


    today I have my hard thur night class and I am going to do my c25k out side if it doesn't rain.

    @Skittles - good luck with your hard class tonight.

    I got the batteries for my balance board, so I'm going to set it up tomorrow. I'm getting fed up of walking around my house! lol.

    Ok Imma try this again.....good to know Skittles, I did not know there was such a thing....I type pretty fast, but sometimes that means I hit stuff I do not mean to!

    So, sorry I have been gone for a minute....it has been a crazy week!

    Last weekend I was disgruntled, as my guys forgot Mother's Day, AGAIN! Its kinda long to explain but Mother's Day is very important to me, for a few different reasons, and they always seem to muck it up! They did try and make it up to be, but they do not really understand and their attempts were mediocre at best, so I was very unhappy. The men in my house SUCK! :indifferent:

    Tuesday I did get a great workout in! I was able to walk at 2.0 for the majority of the 30 minutes on the treadmill, only slowing down to 1.5-1.8 a couple times for a couple minutes....I even did several 2.3 minutes and did the last 2.5 minutes at 2.5, so I am getting better!! I did another 5 minutes on the elliptical too! Man, even just five minutes of that is hard! I spent most of it just trying to convince myself that I can make it to the end! My weights seemed really heavy yesterday for some reason, more than usual, but I got through it. I was also able to get some sun finally!! I have psoriasis and the sun helps it a ton. Last summer was kinda crappy and then this winter was really really long, so my skin is really bad. It has been raining lots this last month, and the few good day we have had I was either stuck inside at work, or too busy to get out in it. I was so happy to get some, of course, the last two days has been raining again....but I am looking forward to getting out to the pool a lot this summer, since my kids are old enough to do whatever themselves.

    Unfortunately I did not make it to the gym today. I am not very happy about that....I slept until around noon and that mucked up my plans, after that, I had so many errands to run, I just could not make it! So I only got there once this week. BOO! I won't be able to go tomorrow, but am going to try for a half hour of dancing at home. Soca dancing is great cardio, lol. Will have to get back to the gym next Tuesday.....I didn't even get everything done I wanted to do today! UGH!

    Today has not been wonderful food wise....I am getting really frustrated that I feel I am certainly exercising more and the scale is not moving, at all, at all! It is making me feel like if I am not gonna get anywhere, I might as well eat (insert a million different foods here). Also I had some breakthrough uterine bleeding yesterday that freaked me out, but luckily it has stopped, however, it makes me want to eat EVERYTHING. I actually did not do too bad yesterday, but today was not pretty.

    How are you guys? Zombie, interesting explanation for your name! And no, the only zombies I know are Walking Dead and sadly they are gone until October!! Skittles, how about your name?

    BTW, if you guys are into movies, come join my movie group. I will be honest, it is not very active, but I am trying to get it to be. I usually post about once a week when I watch a movie....I love movies and go out to the theatre at least a few times a month, plus watch movies at home....I post almost every one I watch....please come check it out!

  • Hi I'm new here. I am at 331 currently and my first goal is to get under 300 pounds- somewhere i haven't been since 20 years ago. My husband and I just joined Planet Fitness recently. My goal for exercise this month is to increase the times I can do cardio, the treadmill and bikes.

    Hi ourlostprophet, welcome to the group! I'm around the same weight as you, and I'm looking forward to being under 300lbs again too! They are great exercise goals for the month. MFP is a great tool for weight loss. It has really helped me, and I hope it will help you too. :flowerforyou:

    Hello ladies! Today my person and I spent FOUR hours cleaning my 16 year old son's bedroom! It was insane! He is so messy and I am always trying to get in there and clean up, and he never lets me. Well, he started working last weekend, so literally as soon as he left for work today we got to it. Teenage boys are just gross, lol. If that does not count as exercise, I do not know what does!

    Funny story, after we were done, we needed to go out and get some groceries, and I had done all my laundry but just didn't feel like showering before we went. So I said, meh, I am gonna go in my PJs, pick up my groceries and shower when I get home. Looking like a complete bum, messy hair, and the whole nine yards....usually I might see one person I know....I literally saw like 12 different people that stopped to talk to me in the store....really? REALLY??

    I was up and down the stairs a million times, plus cleaning and shopping, which is much more than I usually do on a Sunday, so I am sure I did well today. Tomorrow I work, but plan to go to the gym Tuesday for some cardio and weights!

    I wonder where Star is? Maybe her new friend is kicking her butt at the gym and she can't even stay awake long enough to come online :laugh:

    I hope Sadie is feeling better soon!

    Zombie, - I can't wait either, I am so curious to see what is going on at that camp!! What kind of movies do you like?

    OLP - welcome! This group certainly helps me get my butt going at the gym, cuz I always think that I can share here, maybe that will help you too!

    Hey unknown my name was something I got while in High school, all I did was eat skittles, so a friend started calling me that and I just kept it, once and a while she will still call me it lol but my name is Desiree, also way to go on cleaning, that is a work out for sure. and I think my hubby is still in his teens with his bathroom, we have our own and his is just so gross, I cleaned it last week and I had to take a shower after, boys will be boys lol


    today was a great day for me. I tried a yoga class ( which I have tried a few but I just don't like them, to slow for me) and I did my body pump class. and tonight I have zumba, we are having an outside class so I'll see how they is. also in a bit I want to go out and get some sun and take a nice walk, nothing fast, just want to enjoy this nice weather.

    WAKe UP lol tell me what everyone is going, I know it's now getting warmer out which is so nice but don't stop, keep going work out, take a walk. eat some fruit haha

    I am here, had a rough last two days fighting with the phone company again, didn't even get to the gym yesterday! Plus my blood sugar has been high since yesterday and I feel like crap. Leaving for work soon, and have a 12 hour day ahead of me, then gonna come home and plop down on the sofa to watch the Survivor finale! GO SPENCER lol

    Will be back tomorrow!!

    I am feeling a little better today with my blood sugar, but am really frustrated at the scale. I have actually gained weight and am now the heaviest I have ever been.....about ready to give up....

    sorry I was MIA for a few days and please don't give up. we all have our days or weeks but we have to keep at it. this isn't easy and it sucks a lot. but we will make it.



    It's almost the end of the month. i leave for my cruise this friday and I will not be back till next friday so I won't be able to post. but keep at it. keep pushing

    Unknown, don't give up. I know it is hard, especially when the scales goes up, but it will come down so keep putting in the hard work. My first month of exercising and eating at a deficit I lost nothing for three weeks and put on weight on the fourth! I knew I was doing the right things though, and I kept at it and the weight started to come off, so don't give up. You are so close! :flowerforyou:

    After a week of sleeping all morning and eating crappy....I feel run down and gross.....ready to give it another go....

    Has anyone ever tried a caffeine boast for work outs? I read in a mag that it is supposed to give you energy and numb any pain so you get a better work out....I bought a five hour energy, I am gonna try half of it before my gym work out Tuesday.

    I know everyone is probably going to be in the June challenge but I just wanted to post here really quickly just to say HEEEEYYYYYY!!!!

    I'm ALIVE!!! LOL!! I'm not eating totally off track...I would say roughly 85% on track...but I have NOT been exercising...and I can DEFINITELY feel the difference in my body! I will be back soon...REALLY, I WILL!!!

    IN the meantime take good care of each other and keep being AWESOME!!!!
