    Just weighed in and I'm 0.8lb down bringing me to a total loss of 11.6lb. I'll take any loss, no matter how small :smile:

    Well done Andie!

    Weighed in this morning which I hadn't done for a while and was not too happy: 63 kilos (139lb). This is 3 kilos above my "ideal weight" and 1 kilo above my "maximum acceptable weight".

    I have been maintaining for about 3 years now but feel I am on a bit of a slippery slope. I MUST stay focused now.

    No weight change still 180.8. I've been weight and resistance training for the past 3 weeks. The scale hasn't moved but my clothes are getting big, so I'll take it.

    I'm down 4.4 since last week. It was a busy week - not a lot of time to relax. This will be a busy weekend for me - one graduation party on Saturday (4.5 hrs from home) and then my son is graduating from high school on Sunday. I need to stick to the fruit and veggie trays!

    I'm up 0.8... grrrr... it's been a bad couple of weeks, very little exercise (just some hula hooping here and there).. and eating hasn't been that good either.
