Weighed in this morning which I hadn't done for a while and was not too happy: 63 kilos (139lb). This is 3 kilos above my "ideal weight" and 1 kilo above my "maximum acceptable weight".
I have been maintaining for about 3 years now but feel I am on a bit of a slippery slope. I MUST stay focused now.0 -

I'm down 4.4 since last week. It was a busy week - not a lot of time to relax. This will be a busy weekend for me - one graduation party on Saturday (4.5 hrs from home) and then my son is graduating from high school on Sunday. I need to stick to the fruit and veggie trays!0
