Hi I am new to the keto diet. Where can I find out what my Marcos should be ? I just had a baby almost 3 weeks ago and ready to get fit Thanks !

    Go to the ruled.me site he has a ton of information on starting out and what your macro's should be.

    I like the calculator on Reddit. I'm at work, so I can't link to it, but if you google "Reddit Keto" and open that, it will be on the right hand side under "links".

    I have mine set to 80F/5C/15P and that works for me. But YMMV!
