Just received my new cookbook and it has alot of really good recipes in it. I was in a rut with low carb ideas and this has given me alot of new ideas.

    Have you tried any of the recipes yet? Some low carb cookbooks are so bland and don't utilize spices very well.

    I see you can buy his e-cookbooks on his website for super, SUPER cheap right now. So, I'm pretty curious to hear how his recipes are.

    Yes, I have tried several and they are really good. He uses quite a bit of spices for his recipes.

    Love George Stella and his recipes. He manages some great flavors. Especially love his egg crepes and canape cream. I definitely recommend him.
