How often Training while on diet

I would be interested in your experience about keeping your muscles in a diet

How often yould you train, would you split or doing legs and the rest alltogether? How long do you stay in the gym at a training session while dieting?

    While fat-burning diet i training 5-6 times per week. 40 min for weights and 40-50 min for cardio. ;)

    it all depends on your ability to recover and your experience. when im not dieting I like to train about 5 days a week. When I start dieting i like to increase it to 7 days a week, sometimes twice a day. Nothing burns more fat than hard weight training. Not everyone can do this but if your nutrition is good and you build up to it then most can. Start with 4 days a week and add a day to 5. when you feel fully recovered add a day. then repeat to get to 7. this is difficult but ideal
