Blegh, I mean to actually post a check in last night. I really should get in the habit of doing these more.
I went out an ate yesterday... and I didn't chose the healthiest thing... so I was super over my calories. But I at least didn't eat the whole mean in one sitting. That's a plus.
But last night was my second time in the gym. It's a 24 hour gym, and so I finally found a time (midnight) where like no one is there, and I can just focus on me... and not worry and be anxious about people around me. It felt good too, and I am actually looking forward to going tonight. I hope this joy and motivation stays with me and isn't just a "new shiny" happiness.0
