6/7/14= 275.8 +1.5 (In reality it was a good week. The astounding 5+ lb loss late last month was again dying batteries in the scale. When replaced I was up a solid 4+ lbs.)

My personal training tonight was cancelled so I went to an intense weight class last night and than did W1D1 of C25K so I feel like I'm retaining water. Hopefully I have a bigger loss next week!

@Holly: It is hard to keep up with ourselves when everything seems to be so out of control; we get out of control as well. Our emotions like to tell us we need this or that or only have time for this right now, because anything else seems to be too far out there to be within our grasp when it's there. You can do this. Setbacks happen all the time, or sometimes we don't lose as much in a week as we'd like. You have lost /18/ lbs. That is an amazing number. Not only can you do this, you /are/ doing this.0 -

Well, I blew right by my goal. It's like the old days when it used to drop off quickly. I'm afraid it might be for all the wrong reasons, exercising less (muscle loss?), carb cravings (flushed system?). Or maybe it'll just go up again. #very_confused. :ohwell:

Not quite sure how that happened, but I'll take it! I am super focused this week, as a co-worker invited me to a black tie gala event this weekend. Unfortunately, the only appropriate dress I have is one I wore in a wedding nearly 5 years ago, when I was about 25 lbs lighter. Luckily, it /technically/ fits again (hooray!) but it's not super flattering as it's a bit tighter that I would like it to be. So I am really trying to focus on getting my exercise in, and eating clean (or at least cleaner than usual). Either way, it's sure to be a blast, and that dress wouldn't even zip up last summer when I tried it on, so PROGRESS!0
