I hit the century mark! As of this morning I'm down an even 100 pounds!
So after a bit of a setback last week due to the Shavuos holiday, I managed a very surprising 5 pound loss for the week. I don't know how that happened at this stage in the game. This also brings me back into the green zone relative to the percentage of the challenge completed.0 -
I'm back down to the resistance level, this last 24 ounces is just ridiculously tenacious. Most would say it doesn't matter a wit but I'm determined to see 180 on the damn scale. I may need to get a haircut, trim my nails and shave my chest to get there!! But, on the good side, I think I am adding some muscle since my pants got looser. As I mentioned earlier in a NSV, today I am wearing square jeans (32x32) and tickled about it. They are a little tight but hopefully that will remind me that I have just a bit further to reach the goal line.
Now, having crowed about me, let's all crow about Shmu and reaching the 100 pounds lost club. Holy Moly!! He has been a model MFP'er, never complains and loses by eating wisely and working his butt off in workouts (literally of course). Driving down those net calories is the key to success, using exercise makes it easier and also gives you a better body form as the fat goes away. Congratulations Shmu!!!
We are in the home stretch, don't be California Chrome.

I have really blown it the last two weeks. I was 2.4# away from my goal on June 1st, but I just keep going up rather than down :sad: That is called - eating anything and everything. I can't seem to get a handle on this. HELP!!!
Why am I wanting to sabotage myself? I need this weight off to stay alive - and I do want to stay alive.

I'm down 1.5 this week! I have to work tomorrow :huh: The weather is suppose to be cloudy so at least I'm not missing a day in the sun! Hopefully it's not a full 8 hours, I can still get in some gym time!0

Lucky Friday the 13th!! I consider myself extremely lucky to have stayed the same as last week. I've ate horribly and had almost no exercise the past two weeks. I need to get my act together.0
