The bariatric surgeon gave me a list of items that I need to have signed off on by specific Dr's! So far I have my psych eval scheduled 7/15/14, and am on their cancellation waiting list, after that appt they will refer me to the NUT in their group, my pulmonary appt is 6/20, and my regular DR clearance can be done at any time!! Once all of these clearance request's are done, everything will be submitted to insurance, and at that time they will decide what else is needed. My Dr supervised diet started last week 6/13, when I saw my surgeon!

I can only hope and pray that things continue to move along so well!
