Jillian and low carb?

I just started doing a very low carb diet... I have no energy to even think about exercise right now. Anyone have ideas to beat that?!

    don't make that mistake. I did that last year and lost weight but felt sick and lost hair, etc. Follow Jillian's meal plan on body revolution or eat clean (or a clean version of weight watchers) but add in the healthy whole grain carbs like brown rice, potatoes and oatmeal. just do it in moderation and use portion control. You cannot workout without the carbs to fuel. Im still trying to figure out how to manage my calorie count while working out...if i figure that out i'll let you know!

    I am having the same issue. I have been doing low carb for about 2 months, but this past couple weeks, I have felt kind of sick on and off all day. (I am not pregnant). And tired. I think I'm going to up my carbs a little bit.
