So I just thought I would post my own accountability thread, where I'll track the weight loss over the 4 week period.. please feel free to join me and add your own! :drinker:

I'll be weighing in once a week, on a Sunday (easiest day for me)

so...

    i am so excited! starting at 160 i have lost 10 pounds in three weeks so i am hopeful to continue the trend. i will weigh in on tuesdays starting the 1st. i wish everyone best of luck.

    Thanks for starting a really good kick-start challenge.

    I went onto a "maintenance" diet about 18 months ago, at my doctor's suggestion (I was starting to get shaky, and as I'm also on insulin, she thought a break would be a good idea).

    I put on 2 kg (5 lbs) initially, but have remained steady since then. However I'm still about 5 kg (11 lbs) above a normal BMI weight, and this seemed like a really good challenge.

    Starting weight: 75.5 kg (166.5) lbs

    Week 1: (6/7) - lbs
    Week 2: (13/7) - lbs
    Week 3: (20/7) -lbs
    Week 4: (27/7) -lbs

    Hello all! I'm excited to do this challenge with each and every one of you. I am really hoping to stay motivated and keep with this as its about my third or forth time trying to lose weight. I lost 25 pounds my first time trying but sadly some stuff happened and I gained 50 (YIKES!!! I KNOW!!!). So here's to staying motivated and losing a total of 60 pounds! Please add me if you want. The more friends, the better :)
