Morning Team :flowerforyou:
I just thought I'll give Reggie a break from daily motivation lol
Our group has 70 members and I'm just wondering where is everyone??
I see the same faces posting all the time ...
Let's keep each other accountable and start motivating each other people :drinker:
We are so much stronger in a group!
Happy Sunday everyone

I agree Ellie! I can definitely say since joining this group and meeting so many of you all, I have been motivated consistently and way more accountable than before
Because of that, I reached my first goal today and lost almost 4lbs since my last weigh-in! :drinker:
You guys really help keep me on track and motivated with all the posts and updates. 70 members?!? More people to keep this thang going! 30LC!!!:flowerforyou:0 -
I'm here! Feeling very frustration with my boyfriend or ex boyfriend (I think). But I am here.0

I am here, have been off and on but after a measure check today I will be more regularly. I gained inches and that is not acceptable!0

Haven't had any weight or inches drop and haven't been behaving but I am here! :ohwell:0

I'm here as well but sorta quiet because I can't seem to lose weight. Been stuck for two weeks. Need to reevaluate.0

Good morning my fellow motivator
It might help to look at your input and output of calories. Sometimes if we don't know how much we are really eating and putting into our bodies, the calories we burn may not exceed how much we have consumed, which can put us at a standstill. Having a more accurate way of logging your consumed calories might help. :flowerforyou:0 -
Hanging in there with ya all. I have not posted much but I am sticking to my plan and logging everyday. I did lose some weight but once again I am stuck. It seems to happened like this for me...lose a little then stuck, lose a little and stuck again. I never got stuck this often when I was younger so it may be my age (menopause). Not sure, I have looked at my carbs, calories etc as well as exercise. I can't see I am doing anything wrong. But never the less, I will NOT stop doing what I am doing. My past dr. visit was awesome, great blood work so no matter what the scale says, my health is improving. Hope this helps anyone else stuggling. Keep going and stay positive, there is more than one reason to be doing this.0

'nervous wave from the corner' Hi I'm just joined the group tonight so thought I'd say hi. I'm hoping to lose around 30lbs before my wedding next year (20th June) and need some friends to keep me accountable and enthusiastic. I'll be weighing in on Fridays so I'll definitely commit to posting at least then and hopefully most days work and love life permitting.0
