A Group weigh in sounds like a good plan! I would say to weigh in on Mondays because that accounts for all the overeating and lack of exercise of the weekend. Weekly seems to be a good plan.0

I'm up for a group weigh-in. Weekly sounds good to me, doesn't matter which day as I tend to randomly weigh myself (Should have more structure, I know)0

I'm in for a weekly weigh in. I usually weigh myself on Mondays. It's a mental thing but I think it keep me more accountable over the weekend knowing i have to step on the scale Monday morning. but I would participate on any day that is picked.0
