New to c25k...have a ??

I am just starting c25k and was wondering how to skip ahead a couple of weeks? I purchased the pro app and when I finished w3/days 1&2 it automatically told me congrats on completing c25k w1/days 1&2 and synced it to mfp. I'm not new to exercise-I regularly strength train and enjoy running on alternate days from my weight lifting days. I was just looking to switch up my cardio a little bit. Any suggestions?

Not sure with that particular app. I Downloaded C25K by Zen Labs, it was free and it allowed me to jump ahead to week 5 since I had already been training without the app. I realize this doesn't help with your particular question, hopefully someone else can answer, but if all else fails you could try the free app. :happy:0
