2 miles (miles 1 and 3 of Walk Slim - 5 Really Big Miles). Did these following Tone It Up, a one hour weighted workout in Debbie Siebers' Slim Series.

Day off yesterday so took my "group" (you all) with me to the track for 7 glorious fun miles of sunshine and blue skies.
Encouraging words- sparkling attitudes-and determination to meet goals and improve physical health keeps the fire lit.

Happy Sunday morning Walkers! I walked 5.5 miles this lovely morning. I was fortunate to see two fawns this morning. They were as surprised to see me as I was them. They froze in place as did I before I continued to walk on by. I saw them again on my next lap laying in someone's back yard. It has been quite a while since I have seen deer in out neighborhood. Enjoy your walks and walk proud my friends.

I rolled out and hit the floor walking this morning before church- did the 1 mile with Leslie followed by the "burn" 30 equals 2 miles!
It felt like a "ta-dah" moment ya know lol.
This is my husbands last day on vacation so now that I knocked out my walking with weights the stroll planned for later will be relaxing.

Treadmill should be fixed this week. My TV and Blue Ray not working. Got new but being electronically challenged, I can't get them to work properly to even get youtube. So....I've been gardening in early morning to beat the heat in an effort to burn some calories.. I am taking my LS dvd to my son's today and will do 3 miles there. :sad:0

I've just joined this awesome group for accountability! I am just getting back on the band wagon and am so excited to participate in this July challenge.
**My Goal: Walk 18 miles per week
Monday, July 7th- Walked 2 miles in the am. Planning to walk 2 additional after work.

So far, 2 outdoor miles and 4 indoor miles. I'm finding it a challenge to walk outside because it's hot, even in the morning and evenings, but I'm going to keep trying. Worse comes to worse, and I will make up those outdoor miles with indoor miles.
