    Thinking about what I can do differently so next week is better. ( Eat less sugar/fat ) :grumble:

    It has not been a good week (my Aunt's funeral on Wednesday, and restructure/redundancies throughout the organisation), and my weight has increased:

    So I just thought I would post my own accountability thread, where I'll track the weight loss over the 4 week period.. please feel free to join me and add your own! :drinker:

    I'll be weighing in once a week, on a Sunday (easiest day for me)

    so...

    SW: 133.8lbs
    Week 1: (6/7) - 134.6 lbs (TOTM) :mad: AND it's my birthday tomorrow!!!
    Week 2: (13/7) - lbs
    Week 3: (20/7) -lbs
    Week 4: (27/7) -lbs
