Abs are made in the Kitchen!

So we all know that true results mostly come from proper nutrition (70% food - 30% excercise). I personally can see such a BIG difference in my results if I stick to clean eating, even for couple of days in a row. My biggest problem is keeping my nutrition in check on the weekends and also nights. The key to success is to plan for it! If you plan your meals for the week, you are more likely to stick with it! Also, what helps me lose weight and stay on track is to have at least 5 small meals throught the day. It helps to control hunger and speed up your matobolism.
