Hi,
I'm just trying to get back to my normal weight - around 56 kg..(124 lbs) give or take. I've started jogging round the local park three times a week and swimming as well - it would love to feel fit and toned for the summer. I have hypothyroidism so I have to keep my calorie count fairly low or else I gain really quickly...It would be great to hear how other people manage.
