Always done a lot of exercise but decided to start eating better after hitting 140 pounds from 127 in less than a year.
Running 6 days a week, beginning strength training and trying to eat under 1200 cals.

HW: I went up to about 135 midway through high school, but was at 120ish for the past few years, and really about 120-124 was my highest over the past year or so.
LW: I was 110 the other day. Never thought that would happen.
GW: I honestly wasn't even really trying to lose more than a few pounds, so just maintaining weight at this point! I think below 110 would be underweight for my height, but I feel better than I did at like 123, mostly due to simple lifestyle changes like drinking significantly more water.

I just joined this group. I don't think I'm too heavy, still I would feel a bit better to slim down and to have a bit more muscles My main problem is that I love sweets and sugar, I eat it all day... For example, today I haven't had half of my calories yet, but I already ate 36 grams of sugar too much... *sigh* Besides the sugar I eat quite healthy, I eat lots of fruits and enough vegetables. Furthermore, I'm dutch, so I don't know about other measures than kg and cm (sorry for that). I would love to pair up with someone to keep each other motivated, I really believe it works better to be in it together!

Newly married to my fireman. 2 children. We have a 7 year old girl and a 6 year old boy. I walk before work, 5 days a week. I allow myself 1200 calories a day plus what I burn walking. So far it has worked for me the best.

Put on weight from drinking wine and some depression due to a grieving period. Doing better now and the weight is coming off quickly. Yeah! I eat pretty healthy, mostly whole foods and not much meat...mainly fish and vegetarian based diet.

Hello everyone!
I am not new to MFP, but this is the first time I'm trying to get involved in the community. I am a PhD student currently living in Montreal, Canada. I have lost a decent amount of weight in the last four years, to a point where I am now at a healthy weight (pfiuuu). However, I would still like to become stronger (most importantly: become a better (modern) dancer ).
I joined this group for accountability and motivation and I hope that it will help to keep my eating disorder at bay.
It would be great to find one (or many!) twins so we can reach our goals together.
