7/5 (!) -- 301.6 (+2.0) First time I'm gained in a week since I started, but it can only be water.
7/12 -- 298.2 (-3.4 from last week) (-1.4 for the month)

So I just thought I would post my own accountability thread, where I'll track the weight loss over the 4 week period.. please feel free to join me and add your own! :drinker:
I'll be weighing in once a week, on a Sunday (easiest day for me)
so...
SW: 133.8lbs
Week 1: (6/7) - 134.6 lbs (TOTM) :mad: AND it's my birthday tomorrow!!!
Week 2: (13/7) - 132.8 lbs
Week 3: (20/7) -lbs
Week 4: (27/7) -lbs

I'm sorry but I'm going to have to withdraw from this challenge.
My doctors are currently revising my medication for diabetes, so my blood sugar levels are not consistent, and now I've found that I've got an infection in the lungs which makes it even more difficult to keep to a diet.
All the best with the rest of the challenge ...

Well, I don't know I guessed that if I added exercise (like a bunch of swimming) the pounds would fall off - at least in the beginning - without having to make a huge adjustment to my diet. I am trying to cut out sugar and/or make healthier subs for it - like if I want icecream I'll go for a yoplay yogurt instead ect.
My hope is that I'm replacing lost fat with stronger muscles from swimming. I do feel better and am finding it easier to get around.0 -
