WEEKLY DIET CHALLENGE (7/14-7/20)

Hello Everyone! Welcome to the first weekly diet challenge! :smile:

This weeks diet challenges are...

1. Water Tower: Drink 96 ounces (12 cups) of water daily

2. Drop The Pop: No soda this week :wink:

3. Where's the Bird: Eat at least one item of or from poultry a day (I love eggs!)

Post on here throughout the week or daily to keep up with your stats! Hope some of you take a look at the diet challenge!

    Ok I'm in. I didn't see this until today so I didn't really follow it much yet.

    Water: 1/7 (I always get at least 15 cups in per day)
    Pop 0/7 (Had Diet Mountain Dew last night)
    Bird 1/7 (I love love my chicken breast)

    Day Two:

    1/7 WATER TOWER (missed it by a good amount. The storm that was going on really bummed me out. I usually drink most of my water during walks, but that didn't happen today so no water. Hope to catch up tomorrow)

    2/7 DROP THE POP

    2/7 WHERE'S THE BIRD (had so many eggs today)
