DAILY CHALLENGE #6 (7/15)

It's Tuesday everyone! :flowerforyou:

Time for today's challenge...

It's going to be a strength challenge. Holding a position. This seems a bit different as I want YOU to REPORT how long you held the position.

I want planking done (elbows on the floor, balancing on balls of feet while keeping the back straight (stomach off of the floor) Look up for futher details.) for at least 30 seconds performed 10 times today. I want people to try for 60-120 secs though or how ever long you can! Tell me at which number you were on when you had your longest hold! (ex: #6 -- 60sec hold)

Tuesday. Planks. 10. 30 sec. Longest hold.

    I completed my 10 planks for the day... the question is did you? :flowerforyou:

    My Highest: #7 --- 73 sec hold; #5--- 69 sec hold; All the others were above/at 30 and below 40.

    @IndecisiveGirl: Great job on the 32 sec hold! I also forgot how hard these were! So I should of probably put 15 sec as the minimum...

    Wow, planks are hard! 1-6 I did 30 seconds, 7-9 I did 1:00 minute, 10 was 1:30. My shoulders are screaming tonight! Time for a hot shower then a good book and my bed!

    Did first hold before work. 2:10:31 on my iphone stop watch. Bootcamp had 4 sets of side planks (per side) x 3 for 30 seconds plus then she made us do plank with knee cross (3 sets of 10). Had a different class tonight and we ended class with 1:00 plank and then 1:00 side plank on each side. So I AM DONE LIKE DINNER! I actually like planks though (I know....I'm a strange duck:tongue: )
