21 Day Fix Day 1 Workout

For a 30 minute workout, I was definitely feeling the Total Body Cardio Fix--and I was using 4 lb weights! Hope to up that in Week 2.

I love good old fashioned jumping jacks, but my favorite move was the Surrender.

    I was supposed to get up @ 4:30 this morning...yeah...didn't make it! lol. So I missed the "surrender", but I did go to the gym and got a little cardio in. I'm getting up tomorrow morning & knocking out upper fix.

    Surrenders really got me too!! Wooo! And I'm glad she puts them at the beginning of the workout! hahaha!!!

    I also started yesterday and did the Total Body Cardio Fix. Was a little frustrated that I had to modify a few but refuse to get frustrated.
    Did Upper Fix this morning and loved it!
