    i just now realized that probably made no sense... i'm also doing the 30 day plank challenge, in addition to the squat challenge, and the plank challenge is getting really tough!

    Okey just got to day 14, my knees dont like this anymore.
    Even zumba and Dance became a chalange now. But were almost half the way

    great job, both of you! i fell off for a few days, as i was traveling for work and had very little free time. going to double up days to catch up with myself now - so today for me is days 20 and 21. my knees hurt, too, but i remember my trainer telling me that squats are a relatively gentle way to strengthen the muscles around them so that in time, they should hurt less. i'm also taking a tart cherry supplement to help with my knees.

    oh my, i didn't realize how serious the illness was. i'm sending you good and healthy thoughts for a full recovery soon.

    days 20-23 done; hoping to complete 24 and 25 tomorrow so i can finish this challenge by the end of the month and start a new one on 1 aug.

    i'm thinking of doing the flex challenge, perhaps alongside the ab challenge. i did not finish the plank challenge this time so i'd like to try that again at some point. are you interested in doing any of these?
