    Hi,

    I'm just trying to get back to my normal weight - around 56 kg..(124 lbs) give or take. I've started jogging round the local park three times a week and swimming as well - it would love to feel fit and toned for the summer. I have hypothyroidism so I have to keep my calorie count fairly low or else I gain really quickly...It would be great to hear how other people manage.

    My goal weight is mostly vanity pounds (I weighed 120 last summer). I started weight lifting (NROLFW) two weeks ago, so mainly I'm trying to reduce body fat and lose inches and am OK if I don't drop the scale weight.

    I'm a 19 year old biology student from Chicago planning on going into education. I've tried myfitnesspal before and got 5 lb away from my GW, but when I went back to school I stopped counting calories and gained everything back.

    Hey! I'm a 20 year old exercise science student in Arizona. I had an eating disorder before starting college and it got totally out of control and I gained so much weight. We're not necessarily "twins." I'm 6' 0 tall, my current weight is 175 lb, and my final goal weight is probably your current weight. But I also need someone to update on my progress and keep me motivated. Being around the same age and in school, we're going to face similar challenges and hopefully successes!     I am pretty strong and like to be active, so at 65 kg I think I should be happy, but I will wait to see when I get there. I think if I maintain my muscle/fat ratio I'll be one happy lady.

    I'm a uni student in Australia and I have a love hate relationship with exercise. I go through weeks (or months) where I love it and am so pumped to do it, followed by weeks where I can barley make myself go for a short walk. Because of this, my weight and physique can fluctuate a lot. All I want is to get the figure I want and keep it for longer than a month!
