Insanity Part Time for cross training

So my main focus is my running, im in the middle of training for my next marathon. I do insanity here and there but doing the full insanity program and training is too much especially with my work schedule. for those of you that do it to supplement or for cross training what is your typical plan like? there is an insanity marathon training plan out there but it doesn't incorporate as much running as i would like so I'm not following that plan.

    I run 3 to 5 times a week for 30 minutes. Since the workouts are intense you dont want to overtrain or burn out. I also do the workouts 6 times a week. Why not make your own schedule.Try different regimens until you find a schedule you like. Start with 3 days of Insanity including your running and increase or decrease the number of days you do the program according to your schedule or fitness/comfort level. Write down your schedule and you've made your own custom workout plan
