Another day! Sometimes, I wonder many times I have said tomorrow, when tomorrow actually becomes yesterday? Time is not something I can ever get back...

So... What are we doing today??

    Ran 3.67 miles today and plan to go to yoga tonight. Will also be going out for dinner and getting goulash. I'm going to do my best to only eat half and save the rest for lunch tomorrow. I hate when I eat *just* too much of my meal that it's no longer worth saving...and then just finishing it off. No! Not tonight.

    And here's a picture of "Gulasch mit Semmelknödel" (goulash with bread dumplings), which is one of my favorite meals from when I lived in Austria.

    I did TAM Seq 1 day 1 in the morning and four Blogilates core workouts in the evening.

    I had sweets during lunch. I do not like sweet things much, but it was a colleague's happy occasion and i couldn't say no. Hopefully i worked it off.

    We'll, I'm off to a great start today. I went out and did my run for the day, now I'm probably gonna go to the pool.

    Yesterday I went out to eat twice. For lunch I had sushi and a salad, I stuck with water as my drink. We went to the cupcake shop and I only ate half of my cupcake. For dinner I had some fried pickle chips (just a few) and a burger for my meal with a side salad. I left half the bun, the burger was so filled with veggies I couldn't gift it in my mouth! I also had a few beers for my birthday. I feel good about picking salad over fries.

    Yesterday I completed day 2 of 30 DS so I'm still on track for meeting my goals. As long as it doesn't rain tomorrow I'm going to the dunes to hike up some hills. I'm looking forward to it.

    Holly - Any chance you could message me the recipe for that goulash and dumplings?

    Jiagetsfit - Having sweets for events is so apart of our social culture. Actually food is tied strongly into most events! But sounds l like you have a good plan with working out. And if you get a chance could you explain what TAM is? I do not recognize that one.

    Kashaas- Great job on food yesterday. I have a hard time ordering salads and removing buns because it's not the norm to me. With posts like yours, I feel like it can be done. Lol. And, I Hope the pool is good! It's wicked hot today here.

    For me- Completely dehydrated myself. Kept reaching for my water bottle then end up called to work on something. Even carried the water bottle along in my back pocket a number of times. .. But my legs feel smaller today. All the stairs at work make me think I'm losing some there.

    Ran out of food too today. Didn't buy breakfast but had to buy lunch... But bright note: got sent home early! Now to hydrate and sleep!

    It is Tracy Anderson 30 day method. I'm looking forward to do her Hipcentric workouts some day. Her 30 day method is supposed to be the beginning block. The moves are quite crazy, but effective because i'm kinda sore today.

    I ate well and kept my fluids up! Between school and work I don't find much time to work out, but my goal is to hit the gym tomorrow! :)
