DAILY CHALLENGE #14 (7/23)

Hello Everyone! It's Wednesday!

Time for today's challenge.

Today I want everyone to try some good cardio! Let's try to do interval running (or walking). All I want you to do is to walk or run for 10-30 minutes today changing speeds every 2-5 minutes! Like running from 4 mph to 6 mph over and over. Hope to see some people participate in the challenge!

(Tomorrow we are doing lunges!)

So. 10-30 minutes. Intervals. 2-5 minute changes. 7/23.
