I am grateful that my neck injury isn't serious, so I'm able to move my body today! I'm also grateful for OA today, because it keeps me sane one day at a time!

    I'm grateful that I took the plunge and attended my first OA meeting, last night. I was very nervous about walking to a meeting with people I've never met, but I did it and I'm really glad I did. :happy:

    That's awesome, I can remember back to my first day being really apprehensive, but like you, I was glad that I took that step!
