[Arlington National Cemetery] -- You encounter Feral Ghoul :O 3 min run/walk/jog required.

[Dunwich Forsaken Ruins] -- Lucky! You find Rare+ accessory [A Touch of Death]: +2 END. A platinum necklace adorned with a skeletal finger. When struck by an unarmed or melee wielding enemy, the finger revives, with a chance to instantly kill your attacker.

Quest Conclusion
After performing the consecration rituals, the Enclave noticed an immediate cessation of ghoul activity in the surrounding area. However, in the days to come, ghoul activity would increase to epidemic proportions. To be continued.....
