Good morning all. I am posting tomorrow's starting workout so you can all be prepped. I am not sure what level you are all on but wanted to start out slow. Of course you can repeat these as many times as you want. Please post your completion each day on the subject for each day.

Okay so here's Day 1:

15 sit ups
5 crunches
5 leg raises
10s plank

The numbers will progress each day. Just remember: do your best and forget the rest! :)
