I got these shoes for work because they're super padded, but what do you think of them for running shoes? Does anyone else use this kind? Would there be a problem with me using the same shoes for working and running?

    I have just started C5K 3rd week I want to find a good shoe as the running time increases. I have been sick for 4 days. Do you guys start the week over after being sick or pick up where you left off?
