Happy Sunday. I hope you are all feeling wonderful. Today's challenge: rest day! LOL Sundays are usually days off for most of us and I usually have Sundays off from workouts. Give your body a rest and if you are really up to it, do yesterday's again. :)

    Oh thank goodness! Slept funny last night and my recently recovered herniated disc now hurts.

    I'm repeating yesterday: don't want to lose momentum this early in the month...can I bank the "rest day" for, I don't know, after school starts up again? ;)

    I'm glad it's rest day. I was planning to take it easy on my workout today so it all turned out good. :wink:
