Workouts

Hey everyone, A friend of mine who works out and has lost 80 pounds told me about Jessica Smith, she has videos online that is for everyone at any stage. So I am going to give you the link to the video I just did. It was pretty good, very simple for people who want to take it slow. I cant go to a gym, but this helps get my cardio and strength training in.

    Just tried jessicas one, it was good! I skipped the upper body bits cause of shoulder but I enjoyed it :) thanks heaps!
  • Yeah I could not do all of it, but I did do most of it, I got maybe one or two reps in before I was like no way. But what I like is that she goes slow, I am not coordinated at all and so it helps to have someone slow it down and give me a chance to understand it. Also, I LOVE YOGA, I have not tried Jillian Michaels yet, I will have to try that tomorrow or something.
