I did an hour of aerobics. I've also been out with my older kids - they were on their scooters.
I'm doing a personal training session tomorrow, then taking my kids to the park. Thurs I'm doing step aerobics. Fri I'm meeting my friend for a gym session. Sat is spinning. Sun is fitball. Mon is Zumba. And so on....0 -
