Went swimming again this morning. My trainer keeps giving me new things to focus on as far as my form, so today's mission was to figure out to kick from my core. I'm really enjoying myself. My foot feels good after my short run last night in my new shoes, so that's promising as well.

Great threadstarter! Energy/time I spend beating myself up for old behavior/choices is time I’m not spending looking forward and preparing healthy choices for future. What can I do today to set myself up to win tomorrow?
Laura, have you ever considered using a neti pot? I know it’s gross but it really helps. I have terrible allergies three seasons a year.
Last night I had kind of an emotional night. Ate 338 cals over and went to bed late. I did not exercise this am and decided to take a break from my fitness tracker today—it’s a good servant but a mad master.
My super-high-aggro attitude has begun to wane…good thing I see my trainer tomorrow. She’ll kick me into high gear. There’s also something about getting up at 4:15am for an intense, long workout that gives me major *kitten*-kickery energy.0 -
Hi all. Still on vacay with very little internet conn. Diet has vastly improved since being in Greece, but im still uncharacteristically inactive. But hey, whats vacation for, right!

April I have used a neti pot but it hasn't been as helpful for me as it is for other people. My nose isn't plugged up - I have more head sinus & pressure.

I got on the bike for the first time in what seems like forever! It felt good:) Ha how are all of you guys doing? Good I hope! I just feel so good doing some cardio especially it has been really stressful getting ready for school and it feels like my mom just keeps piling on to my to-do list. Ugh, can't wait to get out of here and start making my own daily schedules instead of doing whatever my parents want me to do. It makes it hard to follow a daily routine when my parents give me things to do last minute that interferes with whatever I have planned.0
