I'm joining a little late, but I would love to lose 15 lbs. by Halloween!
My weigh-in day is Friday, and last Friday I weighed in at 169.5. I don't know if I can do it, but if I can make it down to 155ish by Halloween, that would be fantastic!

Hi there, I used to weigh once a week, but found that frustrating- "what if today is just a high day?" Or "woah I lost 3 pounds this week! " *cue emotional eating*
So I have started weighing once a week on MFP, but every day on another app - Spark People, in case you are interested. I like tracking each day because it helps me see the daily fluctuations, but it can be frustrating because you don't see the big changes when you only track it daily, so I still weigh once a week on MFP . Just sharing what works for me!!
Thanks for your suggestion, and haha I know what you mean, I might try doing that after I reach closer to my goal and feel even more comfortable with myself, but for now, I'll stick with once a month. I really do appreciate you sharing your plan with me Thanks!

133 - down two lbs! Actually, it was a rocky week, with two parties to attend so I went down and then up again and then ate very frugally the last two days. I keep this mantra in my head: Fifteen by Halloween. I love the fact that it rhymes.0

Don't worry, you've got wiggle room for all those mysterious things the body does! I share your frustration and believe me you are on the right track! It's great that you have multiple ways to measure success, I think I should begin measuring inches as well. Ciao for now!0 -
