    Awful hot and humid ... but got 5 brutal miles in. 46.25 for the month.

    Back from vacation and took a couple days off.... back at it now.

    8/1 no walk
    8/2 walked 3.5 miles
    8/3 walked 5.5 miles
    8/4 walked 4 miles
    8/5 walked 6.5 miles and ran an additional 1 mile
    8/6 no walk
    8/7 walked 1.5 miles
    8/8 walked 3 miles
    8/9 walked 5.5 miles
    8/10 walked 7.5 miles
    8/11 walked 1 mile
    8/12 walked 6.5 miles
    8/13 walked 6.5 miles
    8/14 no walk
    8/15 no walk (washed/put away 5 loads of dirty vacation clothes.... does that count?)
    8/16 walked two miles and ran an additional half mile

    today was a whopping 6.33 for a total of 60!!!!
    That's goal with 11 days to spare!!! Lets go for another 20!! in 11 days.
