    I'm a little late to the game but I am down for the challenge.

    SW: 264.5
    CW: 255.5
    GW: 175.0

    I'll do my weigh ins on Saturdays.
    Of course my goal weight isn't going to be reached by December. So my end of year goal weight is 230lbs.

    I'm a bit late, but I'm new to the group. I lost some last year and regained about half. I know I can do this but things have gotten more difficult for me (due to new meds)


    Here's my starting stats:

    Starting weight: 214
    Current weight: 214
    Goal weight: 170

    I weigh in daily, so IDK when I'll report here. My goal weight is my *final* goal, so I might not get there for Christmas, but I think I stand a chance!!

    Hips down .5 to 40"

    At my last check in I was 154.4, today I am at 153.3.

    I haven't measured because it's not a good time :smile:

    I recently met with a trainer - a female this time (I always avoided them but I need to rethink that, I am wondering if a female will push you a little harder than a male - I sort felt like some on the previous trainers were pushing me but not that hard - you know we might break, or cry :laugh: ) she basically showed me the same things others have that I don't do - so I have decided to really put forth the effort to go outside of my comfort zone and push myself with the strengthening exercises. I can definitely feel my thighs getting firmer!!!

    My NSV today was that I adjusted the machines at the gym that I needed to use, normally if they were not where I needed them to be I would just move on - I did and didn't even get hurt, and may even looked liked I knew what I was doing :smile:

    I graduate in December and want to have a good chunk of weight off me by then so I look like good walking the stage ;)
    Its usually a spur of the moment thing when I weigh in the morning so I'm not sure when exactly I'll weigh in during the week.

    My goal weight is probably closer to the 150's but I'll settle for 165 by December 13th :)
