Haha well I might as well join... It's now or never! Although due to the lack of an access to a scale I typically go by measurements.

Checking in - post birthday and way too much cake. I agreed to a slice of cake and my friend brought me 7 pieces to test last weekend and then this Saturday was my birthday and I had more cake. So sad to say between that and all the other slacking off that I have been doing I am up almost 4 pounds :sad:
So goal for the remainder of August is to get back to where I started at the end of July, I was at 151.4 (unlogged) now I am 155.2.0 -

I'm very late but would like to join.
I'm going to set my goal for 199, would be brill to hit Onderland in time for me going home to surprise my dad and grandparents.
Starting weight: 259.4 (2nd Jan 14)
Current weight: 245.2
Goal weight: 199 (21st Dec 14)
NSV Goal: Slim back into size 18 trousers and exercise 4 days a week min again.
I weigh in officially Sunday mornings and will update here also.
I'm going to slowly incorporate exercise back into my life as I've not done any properly since March 2013.

I'm a bit late, but I'm new to the group. I lost some last year and regained about half. I know I can do this but things have gotten more difficult for me (due to new meds)

At my last check in I was 154.4, today I am at 153.3.
I haven't measured because it's not a good time
I recently met with a trainer - a female this time (I always avoided them but I need to rethink that, I am wondering if a female will push you a little harder than a male - I sort felt like some on the previous trainers were pushing me but not that hard - you know we might break, or cry :laugh: ) she basically showed me the same things others have that I don't do - so I have decided to really put forth the effort to go outside of my comfort zone and push myself with the strengthening exercises. I can definitely feel my thighs getting firmer!!!
My NSV today was that I adjusted the machines at the gym that I needed to use, normally if they were not where I needed them to be I would just move on - I did and didn't even get hurt, and may even looked liked I knew what I was doing0 -

Its usually a spur of the moment thing when I weigh in the morning so I'm not sure when exactly I'll weigh in during the week.
