    4 miles in the inferno (100 degrees), 67.25 for the month.

    4 on Monday, 3 Tuesday during circuit, 3 on hill intervals today. 77.25 for the month.

    5.5 total the past two days, 82.75 for the month

    6.25 over the last couple of days (5 today, 1.25 in circuit yesterday). 89 for the month.

    4 today, 93 total for the month.

    50.95 miles completed. I cut it close and with the rain and heat we've had in South Florida this past month I was a wee worried I wouldn't make it. Done! Thanks for the inspiration and looking forward to another one of these challenges! :-)
