I started this plan http://www.active.com/fitness/articles/30-day-plank-challenge on level1 (static knee forearm plank). This was quite easy for me as I could hold for 135 seconds :drinker: Yay!! I''ll move on to the next level tomorrow, no knees this time.

I'm doing this version: http://www.active.com/fitness/articles/30-day-plank-challenge
Started today on level 1 for both types. Level 1 plank (knee plank) = 180 seconds. Level 1 side plank (modified side plank) = 70 seconds each side.
I'll be moving to level 2 tomorrow.0 -
