    Week 4 Goal:
    Fitness – Burn as many calories as I can
    Diet – Don't go over board with the cheat meals for the holiday weekend; 64+ oz water days 7
    Mind – compliment myself during my workouts and after finishing a challenging task.

    Week Actual:
    Fitness – 176 calories average (workouts 60+ mins x 2 days)
    Diet – Had had cheat meals Fri - Mon; 64+ oz water days 7
    Mind – complimented myself during my workouts, while preparing for the day in the mirror and after finishing a challenging task.
